If the rims or forks are in stock, we will ship them within 3 business days. For special or OEM orders, it will take around 7~15 days for manufacturing and ship out.

Normally, we ship the products by EMS directly. It takes about 7~12 business days for your parcel to arrive. If the customer wants to use faster shipping method, like DHL, FedEx, UPS etc, please contact us, you may need to pay additional shipping charges.

Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days of payment, please feel free to contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible.

Your order will be packed and protected carefully to make sure that they are in good conditions. If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse to sign for it. Then the package will be returned to MAX-Bike and we’ll resend the new one for you or arrange a refund.

If you have signed for the package and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. We will help you to solve the problem as soon as possible. Please save all packaging and paperwork for the order if shipping damaged.

Although the maximum spoke tension of our rims is 130kgf, we do not recommend to lace your wheelset so intense. Generally, 3 of charging tension are involved in wheel building. Riding comfortability and performance are supposed to be considered while choosing charging tension.

A. Tension for “transportation riders” (Comfortability)

80-90kgf are ideal for regular transportation riders or exercise on a regular basis.

B. Tension for “enthusiast riders” (Balance)

100-110kgf are good for people with enjoyful and training purpose.

C. Tension for “professional riders” (Performance)

120-130kgf are charged for riders who are expertized in riding or competition.

ERD, short for Effective Rim Diameter, is the rim diameter measured at the nipple seats in the spoke holes, plus the thickness of the two nipple heads.

It’s used to calculate spoke length when preparing to build a wheel.

When submit the warranty, the following information shall be attached:

  1. The order number of the defective product and purchase date.
  2. Photos or videos clearly showing affected area and the serial number of the product. P.S. the serial number usually locates in rim bed/channel and fork steerer tube.
  3. Description of how long and often you have used the product, how you found the defect and how it happened. More details would be highly appreciated.
